Bedsure came to us with an with an existing logo and name, but no other brand assets to help them market and sell their range of cozy home linens to the North American market. The assignment started with a two day workshop in their headquarters outside Shanghai, where we learned about the product development process, product catalog, and heard about their goals for the growth of the brand.
New audience personas were developed that helped to guide all brand messaging and visual identity. The core audience was a value minded customer who was inspired to create a warm and cozy home for their family. A new product portfolio strategy helped them to evaluate what to bring to market and easy-tounderstand product category names were created to help customers easily shop their large product portfolio.
New messaging, brand story, a revised logo, and a brand system were developed. Templates were designed to be easy for their in-house design team to execute product packaging and marketing materials. A four day photo and video shoot was executed at their in-house studio at their headquarters outside of Shanghai, China. All prop selection, furniture direction, casting, and wardrobe direction was done in the U.S. for purchase in China. I provided photography and video direction as well as all styling on set.
