Today, I lead a 45+ person design and content organization at T-Mobile across three teams supporting T-Mobile postpaid, T-Mobile prepaid including three prepaid wireless brands, and T-Mobile broadband. I guide the teams responsible for delivering customer-first digital experiences and content across the websites and apps—ensuring every interaction feels clear, connected, and human.

  • Manage and mentor high-performing team through organizational change, fostering collaboration and growth while maintaining brand consistency and excellence across all digital initiatives
  • Partner with matrix of stakeholders including product, IT, go-to-market, brand management, digital business management, and digital operations to deliver new experiences in web and app that align business objectives with customer needs
